Who We Are

Established 30 June 2015 by husband-and-wife Phil and Liz Denton, Which Way Financial Solutions Ltd are Employee Benefit Consultants & Financial Advisers basedin Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. We work with clients of all shapes and sizes across the East Midlands and beyond; both companies and individuals.

We specialise in retirement planning including pensions (workplace & individuals), and also cover services relating to protection (life, health & medical) as well as employee engagement & support. We can also provide regulated financial advice to individuals, this for example enables us to provide advice when people are retiring.

Our Financial Adviser/Employee Benefit Consultant, Phil Denton has over 28 years of experience working within the financial sector having worked for a mixture of companies from Professional Assurance Services (PAS) in Nottingham, to RSM Tenon, the accountancy firm & Arthur J Gallager (within their employee benefits team). He holds the Diploma and Certificate in Financial Planning. Both Phil and Liz are members of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Our Team

Phil Denton

Director, Employee Benefits Consultant & Independent Financial Adviser

Phil manages all of our corporate clients and provides financial advice to individuals. He has worked in the Employee Benefits world since 2001 and has witnessed many changes during that time, having started back in March 1997 in the world of home service insurance, with CIS.

He has also worked in smaller and larger firms, with a wide variety of clients and projects including helping a variety of employers sorting out their automatic enrolment approach & has managed lots of group risk benefit clients in the past as well as now.

Liz Denton

Director, Business Operations & Client Support

Liz provides additional support to Phil and Aaron in relation to employee benefits and individual advice, which can provide additional resource as and when needed to ensure we can provide excellent service and support to our clients.

Aaron Madden

Senior Administration Officer

Working with Phil, who provides the advice, Aaron is responsible for running the day-to-day Group Risk side of the business and is involved in the area of workplace pensions including automatic enrollment – as well as providing business support to individual clients – Aaron has over 10 years’ experience in the world of Employee Benefits.
