About Phil Denton

A little bit about our director

Hello,

my name is Phil and I have been working within the pension/ financial sector for 26 years. This has allowed me to gain a unique appreciation of what employers and employees value from an employee benefit consultant. I have worked for several big companies/corporations including Arthur J Gallagher, Baker Tilly Financial Management and RSM Tenon over the years, as well as smaller firms Professional Assurance Services (PAS) and Russell Watchorn, which has given me the skills, knowledge and desire to run my own company. I hold a Diploma and Certificate in Financial Planning and am a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. In addition to my work at Which Way Financial Solutions, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and children as well as being involved in Melton Vineyard Church where I help to lead a Life Group and strum a few chords!
